Payment Policy - Invoices are issued 7 days prior to the services rendered and payment is required to keep your student on the schedule. Do you accept and agree to our Payment Policy?

Wait Time Policy - We have a 5 minute grace period from your scheduled pick up time. Any wait time over 5 minutes, will be charged $2 an additional minute and will be added to your next invoice. Do you accept and agree to our Wait Time Policy?

Prepayment Policy: Prepayments are required to secure transportation. No refunds or credits for missed days unless due to NORM CLT cancellation. A $25 fee applies if a missed trip isn't canceled 24 hours in advance and will be applied to your next invoice
